PART 1 - GENERAL
01 SECTION INCLUDES
A. Toilet and related accessories of types scheduled in this section, complete with attachment hardware.
02 REFERENCE STANDARDS
A. ASTM A 167 - Stainless and Heat-Resisting Chromium-Nickel steel Plate, Sheet and Strip.
03 QUALITY ASSURANCE
A. Type and quality of accessories required will be based on products manufactured by Bobrick.
04 SUBMITTALS
A. Submit the following in accordance with Section 01340.
B. Schedule and product data for each type accessory required.
PART 2 - PRODUCTS
05 ACCEPTABLE MANUFACTURERS
A. Toilet and related accessories specified in this section are based on products of Bobrick Washroom Equipment Inc./Clifton Park, New York.
B. Products of the following manufacturers are acceptable subject to requirements of this section.

2. Bradley Corporation/Mt. Laurel, New Jersey
3. McKinney/Parker Inc./San Francisco, California
2.02 MATERIALS
A. Stainless Steel Sheet: ASTM A167, commercial grade, 22 gage.
B. Stainless Steel Tubing: ASTM A269, commercial grade, seamless welded.
C. Adhesive: Epoxy type contact cement.
D. Fasteners, Screws, and Bolts: Rust-resistant.
2.03 FABRICATION
A. Joints: Welded and ground smooth.
B. Exposed Surfaces: Formed from one sheet of stock, free of joints.
C. Anchor Plates and Anchors: Hot-dipped galvanized for installation on building finishes.
D. Surfaces: Formed flat without distortion scratches or dents.
E. Back paint components where contact is made with building finishes to prevent electrolysis.
PART 3 - EXECUTION
06 PREPARATION
A. Deliver inserts and rough-in frames to jobsite at appropriate time for installation. Provide templates and rough-in measurements as required.
B. Before starting work notify Architect in writing of any conflicts detrimental to installation or operation of units.
C. Verify with Architect the exact location of accessories.
07 INSTALLATION
A. Install accessory items in accordance with manufacturer's instructions and ANSI requirements for handicap accessibility.
B. Install plumb and level, securely and rigidly anchored to substrate.
C. Use tamper-proof fasteners.
08 MOUNTING HEIGHTS FOR ACCESSORIES
A. Mounting heights A.F.F. to top, bottom or centerline (CL) of accessory unit shall be as follows unless noted otherwise.

PART 4 - SCHEDULE OF ACCESSORIES
A TOILET TISSUE DISPENSER: Bobrick B-388
1. Recessed multi-roll unit.
2. Operation: Holds and dispenses two standard toilet tissue rolls. Tissue rolls are loaded and locked into dispensing mechanism. Spare rolls automatically drop into place, after bottom rolls are used up.
3. Constructed of 18-8 (Type 304) stainless steel, welded construction, one-piece flange.
4. Exposed Surfaces: Satin finish.
5. Doors: Complete with tumbler lock, keyed like other Bobrick equipment.
B PAPER TOWEL DISP/MIRROR/SOAP DISH: Bobrick B-330
1. Recessed multi-purpose unit with mirror, paper towel dispenser, shelf and soap dispenser, constructed entirely of 18-8 (Type 304) stainless steel.
2. Flange: 22 gauge stainless steel, drawn one-piece seamless construction.
3. Cabinet: Heavy gauge stainless steel, welded construction.
4. Door: Stainless steel construction with full-length stainless steel piano hinge and tumbler lock, keyed like other Bobrick equipment.
5. Shelf: 22 gauge stainless steel.
6. Mirror: No. 1 quality, 1/4" float/plate glass, electrolytically copper plated, polished edge mirror fully protected with padding, guaranteed for 15 years against spoilage.
7. Paper Towel Dispenser: 22 gauge stainless steel. Shall dispense 600 C-fold or 800 Multifold.
8. Soap Vessel: 22 gauge stainless steel, unlocked with special key provided. Slides out for easy filling. Unbreakable polycarbonate refill indicator. Vandal-resistant. Capacity: 80 fl. oz.
9. Soap Valve: Corrosion-resistant mechanism with O-ring. Stainless steel spout and push button. Chrome-plated brass housing.
C WASTE RECEPTACLE: Bobrick B-3644
1. Semi-recessed wall unit, open-top receptacle constructed entirely of 18-8 (Type 302), 22 gauge stainless steel, satin finish on exposed surfaces.
2. Liner: Vinyl type, removable for easy servicing.
3. Capacity: 12 gallons

1. Size: 36" length, 4 holders.
