DEMOLITION
PART 1 - GENERAL
1.01 SUMMARY
A. Work included under this section includes but is not limited to:
1. Demolition and removal of all existing structures, pavement and walks of all types, except such items that are designated to remain.
2. Disconnections and removing all existing utility lines and appurtenances except those designated to remain.
3. Protection of all structures or objects that are designated to remain so as to avoid damage of any kind.
4. Protection and storage of all material designated to be relocated or reused so as to avoid damage of any kind.

PART 2 - PRODUCTS

PART 3 - EXECUTION
3.01 PERSONNEL AND EQUIPMENT
A. Provide skilled operators and labor.
B. Provide suitable and adequate and tools for performing the required work in a safe and orderly manner.
3.02 REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL
A. Remove all rubbish and debris from this site as the demolition work progresses.
B. Dispose of all material to be removed, rubbish and debris, off the site in accordance with local, state, and Federal requirements.
C. Obtain and pay for all permits, if required, to properly dispose of all material.
